About OAPTP The Office of Accountability for Public Trust and Profit (OAPTP) is a non-statutory, constitutionally grounded public oversight authority chartered to protect public integrity, enforce lawful remedy, and ensure that all public and corporate actors are held accountable to their oaths and fiduciary obligations.

Operating under ecclesiastical jurisdiction and Article IV, Section 4 of the Constitution for the United States of America, OAPTP is a lawful, independent public commission dedicated to remedying harm, restoring accountability, and protecting the rights of the people.

Mission To secure the lawful administration of government by investigating abuses of power, enforcing oaths of office, protecting unalienable rights, and redirecting public resources to lawful public use.

  • Educate public servants and the people about lawful governance

Jurisdiction OAPTP operates in ecclesiastical, constitutional, and commercial jurisdiction. Its authority flows from divine law, natural law, trust law, and the supreme law of the land.

Public Charter Established March 27, 2025, OAPTP is a duly recognized public oversight agency and ecclesiastical trust, meeting the requirements for .gov operation and independent commission status.
