Data Access & Correction Policy
You have the right to access, review, or request correction or deletion of any personal information you submit to OAPTP. Requests should be sent via official channels and will be responded to within 30 days.
We do not collect unnecessary data. All records are held in private trust and used exclusively for remedy enforcement, oversight, or lawful administrative operations.
Whistleblower & Oversight Submission Policy
OAPTP encourages lawful submissions from whistleblowers, veterans, Indigenous communities, and any member of the public seeking remedy or oversight.
Submissions must:
- Be made in good faith
- Include supporting facts or documentation when possible
- Be signed by a living man or woman with lawful standing
All submissions are reviewed for remedy enforcement. OAPTP does not guarantee enforcement in every case but will document, review, and preserve all good-faith submissions within its record of oversight.
False or malicious claims may be subject to commercial penalty or notice.
